Gregg Mercede – CEO
Gregg Mercede is an experienced and results-focused executive equipped with more than 30 years of success in consulting, planning, developing, and implementing software and technology solutions to realize dramatic improvements in alignment with business objectives. Experience across technology platforms, software development and call center operations, in addition to business analysis, project management, and team leadership. Track record of achievement improving business processes, building alliances, strategic planning, and developing efficient business solutions through a global delivery model. Expertly utilize technology to advance business operations within diverse environments, as well as analyze requirements to formulate and execute customized solutions to achieve business objectives.
With an emphasis on building client relationships, Gregg founded Cloud 9 ERP Solutions in 2013.

Samantha holds a Bachelor’s Degree with Honors in Information Systems and Business Administration. She started her career in a front line implementation role, implementing SAP Business One for several years. Today, Samantha leads the solutions and sales team at Cloud 9 ERP Solutions.
